Unanswered questions
Many years ago, while still in Italy, I began
searching and asking the unanswered questions of 'who am I?', 'why
was I born?', 'what is this life?', 'why do we have to die?' and
so on. I studied psychology, yoga, philosophy, esoterism, occultism,
spiritual texts, and astrology. Certainly the latter opened a new
world for me.
As I studied astrology, its laws, its forces and energies, my fascination
grew and even today I am full of wonder. Through it I continue learning
about the incredible, multi-layered, manifold, secret perfection
of the universe, - about the secret harmony in all things. Even
though I had spiritual experience and remembered past lives, I am
still a student. The more I know, the more I realise I don't know
enough.. I explore and intensely feel each instant in constant amazement
and wonder.
Major turning point
A major turning point in the journey which brought
me to Auroville was when my son Danilo had a terrible accident as
a kid, and doctors told me that he would die. In the two sleepless
weeks that I sat at his bedside, praying and praying, I promised
the Divine that if my son survived I would dedicate my life to humanity.
My prayer was heard and Danilo survived. Soon afterwards, this wonderful
book, the Adventure of Consciousness, came upon my path.., and I
discovered Mother and Sri Aurobindo..
Entering the Sunlit Path
Not long after that I re-found my partner of
many lives: Vijay, since
over thirty years a disciple of Mother and Sri Aurobindo. It was
thanks to him that I entered the Sunlit Path that they have opened
for humanity as a whole.
At the time, it seemed impossible for me to
marry him and settle with him in Auroville as I was totally involved
in Italian life. I was divorced, raised two children, had a job
and circle of friends more or less on the path, mostly women who
needed me, or at least insisted they did. Yet the Divine granted
me even this miracle and against all rational considerations the
external circumstances arranged themselves in such a way that I
could come to Auroville, where I live since 1997 on the Sunlit Path.
Karmic and evolutive astrology
Astrology is a very ancient science, a wonderful
instrument to learn and know more of oneself, to comprehend psychological
and emotional blocks, our deep conscious and unconscious fears,
our karma and dharma.
I specialise in Karmic (past lives) and Evolutive Astrology; partners
(compatibility) horoscopes, and do analyses of family situations,
of marriages and of personal crises (the 'why is all this happening
to poor little me' syndrome).
