			In 1947 when India won her political freedom in conditions of extreme suffering and through much struggle, Sri Aurobindo described his five dreams: 1) India 's freedom, 2) the rise of Asia as a global power, 3) the awakening of a vaster international human unity, 4) India special gift of spirituality to the world 5) a next step in human evolution. In this DVD Sraddhalu Ranade dwells on the deeper sense of each of these dreams and their dependence on India 's spiritual reawakening and our role in the effort. Sraddhalu Ranade is a scientist, educationist and scholar residing at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry, India . He is presently involved in various activities including video productions, software development, and teacher-training programmes. He frequently delivers talks and conducts workshops on numerous themes including Integral Education, Management, Self-Development, Indian culture, Science and Spirituality, Yoga, always with the emphasis on serving a higher Ideal and preparing ourselves from within for the task.
