Sangamam Festival is an annual event for our workers and their families, Auroville residents and guests where we can all enjoy food, music, dance, cultural programs, exhibitions, sports and children games. A great family day out.

Meal coupons -- registration

Meals will be served to people with meal coupons. Recommended donation for coupons is free for children under 10 and Rs.40 for others. Children must have coupons, even though they are free, so we know how many meals to make.
Registration forms for coupons will be widely distributed and available from Town Hall Financial Service, Aspiration Pour Tous and Solar Kitchen. Collection boxes for registration forms will be in the same places. Alternatively registration forms may be downloaded.

Participation

Sangamam Festival is for everyone to enjoy and for many to participate in. We invite:
Units to take a stand to exhibit what they do. Sangamam Festival aspires to showcase the diversity of Auroville to our workers and their families, to Auroville residents and to guests.
Performers and performing groups to contact us to discuss appearing in the programme.
Volunteers to help with catering (especially serving), cleanup, electricity, fundraising, sound system, stewarding, and water.
